Mend John Deere 5425 Ignition

John Deere 5425 will not start?

Tractor will blow 20amp fuse ignition. checked switch is fine. starter is okay.canot fineany broken wires.battrey is okay. Could it be guage problem? It will blow fuse as soon as beeper functions.checked seat wire and fuel system wires are fine. what could be causing short?
