Mend John Deere 820 Tractor Diesel Engine

JD 820 3cyl?

does anyone know where the glow plug is on this tractor?turns over nice but its like getting no spark.ive have a service manual but doesnt mention a glow plug anywhere.me and 2 other farmers have looked we dont even see a wire going to the motor,we are stumped !!!hope does this tractor FIRE???

You have the rest of us stumped now.
Glow plugs do not spark, so where are you not getting a spark. diesel(heavy oil) use glow plugs, Petrol(gas) use spark plugs. Diesel, only use glow plugs for cold start, after start they usually turn off. Diesel engine on my boat does not have the glow plugs connected, Still starts and runs fine. So what is the problem
