How can I fix my break adjuster? It isn't going into the break lever?

if you open the nut at the brakes that holds the cable in place. just a little , and pul the brake it will come free. the adjuster might be on the brake yoke, when the cable is free, you can unscrew the adjuster half way up. so when you reclamp the cable to the yoke holder. you can then adjust your brakes,, if the wheel is buckled then it will allways rub, look up Utube for a clip on fixing the brakes there is allways one there,,
