Mend Renault Clio 1.2 Warning Lights

renault clio 1.2 x reg?

please help me! when driving my renault clio when slowing down and breaking around corners-all three lights come on these are the stop light,oil light and battery light n the car comes to a hault! and i have to restart her. it has been happining on and off so dosent happen every time i break just sometimes and always when im going around a conner with clutch n break down-please help? thanks

Check the oxygen sensor located on the exhaust manifold

Hi,
If the fault is not just the engine dying when the revs drop off, but as you say, "when cornering". You may have a cable chafing somewhere that is causing an intermittant fault. Have a good look around the engine bay for any obvious wiring faults.
