Mend Vaillant Ecomax 824E Central Fault

Have a Vaillant Ecomax 824E Boiler?

Central heating put back on after summer break, fault signal E 12 appears.
Water pressure guage keeps going sky high, and is not in the "green" section.
Water overflowed first day, the tap water is warm but not very hot.

Have no idea what to do, help
