Mend Rover City Light Switch Power

Brake lights?

I've got a City Rover (style) and the brake lights don't go on, it is not the brake light switch, its not the bulbs. I have narrowed it down to no power going to the brake lights at all, how do i find the break in the wire, or is it a ground problem?????? PLEASE HELP

Im definatly looking at the correct bulbs which are dual filaments, the normal lights are on but the when breakin they don't brighten, its also not the fuses and the center brake light dont work either in which i know it does has ive checked it direct to the brake switch so how can i find the break in the circuit, am so desperate
