raising handlebars?

Hiya..
If ive got the right bike, its got an integrated headset so you can't raise the handlebars in the old way...the height is more or less factory set. What some have is a riser stem, the connection between the handlebars and the steering column. There's a hexagon bolt on the side, loosen that and it will allow you to lift the bars a bit, then tighten fully the hexagon bolt.

i was looking for a photo of that model 700s but i cant see a photo of the barrs on it? if the stem that holds the barrs on the bike has two allen keys. to the side of the stem" were its held on to the fork" then you cant higher the barrs, because the fork has bein cut to that hight, and you cant make it higher with out putting a new fork in, with its lenth uncut" if you look at thier mountain bikes you will see the kind of stem im talking about, but if you have the old type stem , with just one allen key on the top, just open the allen key but dont take it out, unwind it up over the stem head, then tap it back down with a hammer. and now the barrs are free to pull up. to the hight you want, , now retight them , with the allen key, look at the side of the stem first for two allen keys ,and if you have them well you cant,
