Mend Veritas R8 Help Tamper Alarm

Help with Veritas R8, tamper light and zone 2(Hallway)?

Help with Veritas R8, tamper light and zone 2(Hallway)?
Help with Veritas R8, tamper light and zone 2
Can not reset the alarm using the correct code
(it bleeps), for some unknown reason the control panel tamper light(flashing) and zone 2 is lit up, both in red. None of the buttons on the control panel are responding so I can not reset it or check anything.
Hallway sensor has never been touched.
Thanks in advance for advice/info
