automatic door operation?

Hi, I have a Henderson 880 deluxe, it will open off the key fob but not close electrically. Any ideas...thanks wjr!!!

did you mange to fix it or source a new circuit board as mine is doing this and i have been told i need a new one!!!!!

Hi John. I have the same model and problem, but no solution yet. Have you managed to get yours repaired? I've done a few basic checks and suspect that the fault lies on the main circuit board and this stops the motor going into reverse (i.e. doesn't reconfigure the circuit).
