I have the above model which hasnt had any problems until the circuit breaker went in the house. now it will open on the fob and the wall electrically but wont close! Any ideas??
Did anyone get this sorted. I have moved into a house with the delux and its doing the same thing. It will work for a few days and then stop. it opens but won't close.

wirecutterman - I have a motor that does not reliably reverse also. Do you know where the relay is or have a diagram?

I know this is an old question and you have long moved on but I am experiencing this same problem. I have two doors so I took the circuit board out of the other and it is exactly the same. Did anybody come up with an answer or do I fit two new ones?

are they the two plastic strips hanging either end? i have just spoken to Henderson (who dont exist anymore) and they say a blown circuit board, but i dont understand this as everything else works!
