HOW DO I REWIND THE WIRE ONTO THE RIGHT HENDERSON CONE ?

A few weeks ago I had new Henderson Cones fitted onto my garage door by a reptible local company, invoiced & paid VAT. The cable on the right has now 'come off' the cone. I have now been informed that new cones are NOT covered by a guarantee. Can you please tell me how to rewind the wire on the cone and tighten the tension. Thanking you in anticipation.

Hi

I can gaurantee that the people who repaired your garage door did not know what they were doing (unless you are not lifting the door correctly)

When you change cables you ALWAYS replace both sides, & also add more tension too the main spring!!

Please look at www.garagedoor-spares.com we have full colour fitting instructions on the site on our to change cable & add more tension..
