Mend Accenta ES2000 Tamper Alarm Working

how do you remove the tamper light and get alarm working again?

we recently had a power shortage and the alarm went off managed to turn it off but the tamper light now on and cant reset.,unable to reset know code but not allowing us to reset? it is a accenta es2000 model but when installed never got given instruction manual
