My alarm has been working perfectly for 7 years and now the remote control is not communicating with the control panel. So I cannot set alarm from Remote Control. House code is all correct, batteries are all new. The tamper alarm works but not when walking in front of sensors or opening windows, etc.
I can set the alarm from the control panel but then walking in front of the sensors, the alarm doesnt activate.
Claire, have you replaced the big battery inside the control panel?.

don't take this the wrong way,but this is amateur stuff prob the reason why the guys on here who are pros not bother with it,myself included we don't use this stuff ,sorry friedland make door bells :-)
