you could short out zone 3.... see if the alarm sets!
not knowing but I take it you have a passive infra-red sensor on zone 3? its either a open circuit i.e passive or cable damage. May suspect passive!
You can just take the lid off your panel and enter your user code to stop the tamper sound. look to your left and locate zone 3. remove one wire out and place a closed loop in place. refit lid and press reset or the X button. This is really a temporary fix Get a local alarm engineer to check for you.

Here's a detailed version of Gts response, locate which ZONE is 3 so that could be a sensor,vibration sensor, door contact

this was probs a pointless response as we never get a response
