Zanussi Jetstream Turbodry 1200 door won't open?

bang the door around the lock area and pull the door at the same time.if this doesn't work.lid off and try get in from behind.this is very difficult as there is no room.failing that break the plastic handle off and go in from the front.might need a new door interlock and whatever else you break getting it open!
