Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question, I am gobsmacked by how easy it was to find the part and also know how to fix it myself........WOW. Truly Grateful.

Try turning your selector dial to the '!' mark and press the start button. This is just to clear any remaining part of the programme in the memory.
Give it say, 3 to 4 minutes then press the front of the door frame near the handle, now squeeze the release lever.
If this doesn't work-unplug the machine. The door locking bolt will be deprived of power and the bolt should withdraw. If it doesn't, the release bolt has jammed or broken.
At this point you are allowed to shout and scream but it may be better to take off the lid and disassemble the lock.
