Mend Zanussi 1200 jetsystem Washing Machine Drum Cycle

Zanussi 1200 jetsystem -Washing machine cycle starts & stopt?

Zanussi 1200 jetsystem - Washing machine cycle starts and stops after less than a minute. It that time water enters the soap tray and then the drum. Drum spins a few times and then (i think) when the second water cyclye to the soap tray should enter, machine stops and the display led turn off except for the power led.

Please can anyone help? I've been able to remove the top of the washing machine. Thanks

Could be an inlet valve fault if it cuts out at this stage of the cycle. Check the error code and find out what it means in the link provided in the other answer.

Is it displaying a fault code? In my experience that quickly narrows down the source of the problem. It will probably be a three character code on the display, starting with an 'E'. The codes, and how to get the machine to display them, can vary between models so you might have to do some Googling.
