Mend Hotpoint Aquarious Washing Machine Jammed Door

Hotpoint Aquarious My door is jammed closed! ?

The door will not open after a wash and 1 Hour dry. Can hear the click but door will not open. Have tried turning off, waiting a bit then selecting 'pump out', door-closed light comes on and door clicks. Waited 3 mins to end of cycle door-light goes out and door clicks . . . but won't pull open. Let it all cool down for half an hour but door still stuck. Any ideas.
