My Beko wm5120s stopped half way through the wash cycle. The spin/end light is now on but the door wont open. I've tried holding the start button to cancel the wash but nothing happens. Any ideas?
I have the same problem .. the thing just stops completely... did u manage to fix urs anthony? if so how?..

remove plinth at the bottom and remove the filter on the right.Water will pour out.Shine a torch inside the filter housing and make sure the drain pump impeller rotates freely and isn't jammed
