the underneath stitches are very loopy and loose? Ive tried all tensions? new needles?

The bobbin goes in via a hatch at the front.
Remove the accessory drawer first by pulling it to the left. Then open the hatch - it hinges down.
Next, pull the little hinged catch on the front of the bobbin. It should come straight out. Don't undo the black plastic levers unless the bobbin housing is jammed with thread.

Do you have a seperate bobbin case that goes in the front or side or does the bobbin drop on the top flat ?
