Mend Toyota RS2000 Sewing Machine Bobbin Rs2000

How can i fix my RS2000 Toyota sewing machine?

While using my sewing machine the cotton underneath in the bobbin all clogged up so i managed to clean it all out and now the top cotton isnt picking up the bobbins cotton.Ive taken the shuttle out and cleaned and oiled but its still not working. But i have noticed the shuttle doesnt move at all and im sure it used to turn from side to side.Please help!!

sound like the hook gear either stripped or came loose,open up and replace gear but then you have to set timing. with needle at left and lowest position the hook must be ,2mm above needle eye. if not best to take to service centre
