Mend Toyota RS2000 Sewing Machine Stitching Tension

problem with toyota sewing machine rs2000 how can i fix this ?

rs sewing machine toyota when i start sewing the upper thread seems tight and the stiching gets tight and all tangles up in bobbin with a tightness in machince
i have no manual get you tell me what to do and where everthing is such as tensions

my top stitch is fine but it does not matter which tension I use 1-9 underneath is loopy and slack

Hello June,
Sounds like tension problems. the top tension should be about 4 or 5 and you really do need to search for a manual
