Mend Optima 2 Plus Engineer Code Alarm

Change bell time on Optima 2 plus but no engineer code?

I need to change the bell time from continuous to 20 mins on my Optima 2 Plus alarm but I only have the customer code and not the engineers code.
Can anyone suggest how I can overcome this ?
