lid temper reset?

thank you for the reply,your alarm company has changed the code,you will need to call them out to reset the panel,while he,s out ask him to reset the panel back to factory settings,then all you need to do is put your pin number back in,and keep the engineer code as it is,07890,by factory setting I mean the codes,not the full panel

try 07890 if this not work then you need call the alarm company wh0 installed it if it wrks then you should see he menu follow the on screeni nstucions
