How can I fix my Kitchen Aid Superba electric range model KERC607HBSO?

After Easter festivities, I was attempting to re-store my roasting pan and nicked the edge of the glass top on the console control panel of my Kitchen Aid Superba range. It shattered. My husband found the identical replacement control panel for $200, but the connector/harness changed and our version of the panel is no longer made. I thought perhaps we could find used a used one, but no luck so far. The unit is otherwise in "superb" condition. Can you help?
