My Fisher Paykel smart drive 608 6.5kg won't start?

My Fisher Paykel smart drive 608 6.5kg won't start?

Basically the lights all turn on as normal, all sounds work as normal, but when I press start it just won't start to fill.Nothing happens? I've pulled the plug from the wall and then replugged in after an hour hoping to reset, but it just won't run.I thought perhaps there was a button that tells machine whether lid is up or down but I can't see one. I thought maybe that was stuck? Very confusing.

I can't identify your problem but here is a link to the manual so you can enter Diagnostic Mode and determine the error code for your problem.

I have a problem with a smart drive 051 and the manual was very helpful in identifying the machine error.
