Mend Fisher & Paykel 015 Smart Drive

how can I fix my Fisher and paykel smart drive 015 washing machine?

When I start the washing machine water only fills up two inches in the bottom of the bowl then the wash progress,rinse,final rinse,spin lights start to flash,and make a beeping noise.The hotwater,water level and spin speed lights flash as well.when I advance to the spin cycle it spins and pumps water fine.

Sorry mate.The 1st light is not on but the other 4 are thats from left to right and water only trickels in slowly and makes a hissing noise .

Exactly which wash lights are on when it beeps? There are 5 wash lights and each has a different code rating so I need to know exactly which lights are on and which are off along the top row when it beeps. Count from left to right. Also, is the water coming in at full pressure or is it just trickling in slowly with a loud hissing sound?
