What is causing this?

Hello I have a Fisher and Paykel Smart Drive 9 Excellence 6.5kg, was working fine until I did my last load of washing and then it will start for about a min then stops and starts beeping and the 3rd, 5th, 7th and 8th lights are lit up

The out of balance switch is faulty & it thinks the machine is out of balance. Replace the switch. Turn power off at wall. Open the top panel. Remove the screw at the front of the control module and lift the module up. You will see the switch on the right hand side under the control module. It has 2 wires connected to it. Remove the wires & microswitch. Obtain a replacement & put new switch in place. Connect the 2 wires. Either way around. Screw control module back down and panel back on. Power up.
