Mend Fisher Paykel Washer Not Drain

my fisher paykel clothes washer does not drain right ?

my Fisher Paykel washer does not always drain right.
I have cleaned the pump, hose, and bottom of agitator. Last time it worked but not now
Usually does not drain completely.
I was getting error code 37 but seemed to stop after cleaning pump etc. Now seems not to be draining / spinning fully in rinse cycle.

Have you taken the pump right out and checked for blockage and made sure that pump turns freely. If it doesn't turn free add a bit of oil to the pump bearings. Check for obstruction even up in the hole where the water comes down to the pump. If you have checked and all is clear then you may have a faulty pump or in worst case a problem with the main control board not supplying enough power to run pump at full speed. You will probably need to call someone out to test them.
