Mend Fisher Paykel GWL10 Washing Machine Error Code Pump Blocked

Fisher Paykel GWL10 top load washer Error Code 248?

Washer symptoms: power on, starts, a little water goes on, then stops, a little water, about 12 times back & forth, then stops & beeps continuously with flashing lights of 3, 5, 7 & 8

Diagnostic Mode: 1,2,3,4,5 light up (=248 Error Code, pump blocked or filter plugged) removed the pump, nothing was clogged.
Researched online try 3,5,7,8 (=43 OOB Error Code) cleaned all terminals on balance switch.

The error code you should be dealing with is the one showing while it is beeping. Error code 43. Out of balance switch error. Check the out of balance switch is in good condition & working properly. If in doubt fit a new switch. Check wiring is ok to switch. If both are okay then it will be a fault in the main control board.
