Mend Simpson Encore 806 Cycle Heavy

Simpson Encore 806 stopping at spin cycle with PU?

My Simpson Encore 806 (8kg Heavy Duty) washing machine is stopping at the spin cycle with PU on the display. Can anyone help me fix it? I've turned it of and on again in the hope of reseting it but that hasn't worked.

PU means there is a drain pump problem & water is draining too slowly or not at all. Probably a blockage in the pump.
