Mend Simpson easyset 550 Washing Machine Appliance Problem

How can I get my simpson easyset 550 to wash on heavy duty?

I have a Simpson easyset 550 washing machine. When set on heavy duty cycle it will wash for a while then stop and the wash light flashes 3 times. I have checked all the obvious stuff but doesn't fix it, does anyone know what the problem is?

Simpson Simpson easyset 550 Household Appliances, Washing Machines Washing Machine Appliance Problem

Heavy duty cycle has a 6 minute soak time built in to the programme. It will wash for a few minutes then stop & allow clothes to soak then will continue the wash agitate after the 6 minutes. Just be patient, leave the machine when the lights flash & let it do it's thing.
