simpson Aquapulse 713 7kg heavy duty always goes to ob (out of balance)?
My w/machine always goes to ob when spinning. Readjusting the load several times before the cycle is finally complete. The washing will still be dripping wet. I think the hook that holds the tub may be off I don't know please help
When we start the washing cycle it fills the water & the tank rotates with some intervals but when it ends the tank try to rotate but could not & the inner rotor does not move in opposite direction. Replaced the plastic lock but still it does not work

Suspension springs on each corner holding up tub could be weak or machine may not be level.
