Why won't my washing machine spin dry?

Could be any one of a number of reasons. Brake not releasing, PCB fault, bearings seized. Nobody can tell without being there to see and hear what is going on. If you can't figure it out yourself from what you can see and hear happening or give a better description of the symptoms then you will need to call out a service company.
