Mend Simpson Encore 806 Spin Heavy Duty

Simpson Encore 806 stopping at spin cycle?

My Simpson Encore 806 (8kg Heavy Duty) washing machine is stopping at the spin cycle with PU on the display. Can anyone help me fix it? I've turned it of and on again in the hope of reseting it but that hasn't worked.

Open the Lid grab the inside (the bit that spins) and rotate it anticlockwise until you hear a rather loud click. Then close the lid and try your spin cycle again. (worked for me so far)
