Mend Dell Ink Cartridge Black

Dell photocopier & printer-cartridge replaced,still faulty?

Display on the printer said -replace ink cartridge (black ink), so we got the cartridge refilled.It still said to replace cartridge. We sent for another refilled cartridge with the same result.It prints very faintly in black - which was low originally.Has anyone a solution for this?

Try a genuine cartridge. Sounds like the rfiled ones are faulty.
