Help!!! Dell printer missing colour?

My Dell 940 All In One won't printer colour anymore. The black is fine. I've changed cartridges, cleaned the nozzles, checked the settings, uninstalled and re-installed the printer, disconnected and re-connected the leads. It seems to be a missing command form the pc to the printer, yet all the settings seem correct. Please help.
