Mend Epson R285 Printer Cartridge Ink

epson r285?

the black ink cartridge not coming through propley`
when i do nozzle check always black parts missing`
even after doing head cleaning or changing cartridge still having problems with black, all other colours ok,
any help much welcome, thanks.

My printer keeps sayin error and the two orange lights keep flashin and the catridges keeps movin to the middle of the printer any help much welcome.
