Mend Husqvarna Viking 1+ Machine Bobbin Thread Case

What is wrong with my machine?

I have a used Husqvarna Viking #1+. The bobbin thread keeps tangeling up around the bobbin case. It is a front load bobbin, and it makes alot of noise. It has been taken apart and my husband put it back together. That didn't help. There is no lint or dust under the plate. I have tried rewinding and using other bobbins thinking it was the bobbin not winding correctly. Anyone have any suggestions?

Providing you have made sure that the machine is threaded properly and the tensions set properly it should be okay, if it not I think the machine may need retiming.
