My eziset 605 simpson top loader will not pump water but has power?

My washing machine a simpson eziset 605 will not pump water into the machine, the water is on, it has power and all buttons light up and when I try to turn the machine on it beeps and the initials DL does this mean distribute load, cause I did that and it still comes up, is there a reset button anywhere on it, I cannot find one..
