Are you familiar with Pfaff sewing machines?

I have a Pfaff Creative 7550 sewing machine. Everything works except the display screen. I can enter stitches by number from the book, the machine will sew them but the display screen is blank as in it doesn't even light up. Do you have any suggestions?
