Mend Telecom Veritas Alarm System Battery Reset

Telecom Veritas alarm?

The above alarm has the reset flashing , changed main battery as I had a problem with main fuse in house restricting power , changed fuse in spur and checked fuses in box , still flashing !!!!! Help
