Mend Scantronic 9427 Tamper Control

how can fix it scantronic 9427 panel?

Can any one help ? I live in a bungalow and son just kicked football against outside alarm box .managed to turn alarm off but tamper light on control panel wont go out.and when i reset alarm all area lights come on and alarm wont set .....
