Hello Guys, My external bell went off last night, but nothing was indicated on the control panel . It stopped sounding when I started to get the box cover off & I obviously triggered the tamper alarm. Any ideas on what may be the reason I would guess the weather elements caused it but would appreciate any thoughts ??
The External Bell is not working but the internal one and everything else is working fine , what could be wrong ?

Hello Nick , Yes ladders and winter scenes dont go together !! - anyway I managed to repair the external bell circuit board to get operational again (I hard wired some connections that had corroded) but I would like to get new pcb if possible - if so could you give me a clue as to who may stock these ??

Great being up a ladder in this weather isnt it, just replace the bell box, everything fails in the end.
