Mend Master Mix MC130 Noise Drum Hand

How can I fix my Master mix mc 130?

I turn on my master mix mc130 it makes a humming noise but drum does not turn You can turn the drum by hand with a little force I have checked the drive belt and ring gear and they are fine Please could you help me Many thanks
