Miele W828 washing machine crooked drum?

Thanks' for the advice. I'll give you some update on what is happening. The machine past 10 yr mark in Aug.2011, so the only option left is to try to fix it. We already spent nearly 1 grand on new controller and inlet valve (learnt later about cheap poor quality relay on the controller), valve was replaced with no labour charge only material as we complained. At this stage i have drum removed from the machine. I found that 2 bottom shock absorbers are absolute joke- it is just decoration as pistons are moving freely inside tubes- no resistance whatsoever, got a feeling that this induced problem with the inner drum.
I'm going to pull bearing housing, and remove the front of the outer container to see the spider. I have a question about couple of fasteners- one is on Air Trap attached to the front of the outer container through rubber seal and some kind of plastick fastener which looks like miniature baby pacifier, the same kind of fastener is on suds inlet also attached to the front of the outer drum. How do you remove those fasteners without braking it? I have to try to fix this washer before dumping it as we have matching dryer and nothing on the market to match. Hello Miele washing machines have a 10 year or 10000 cycle excellence warranty on the drum and outer container. Your drum spider has broken and that is why the drum is out of align. You have 2 options if you can find your date of purchase receipt and it is less than 10 yrs you will be ok. You could also phone Miele customer services (01235 554455) with your serial number. (eg 14/12345678) This is located on the inside of your door at the top. If it less than 10yrs (and you dont do more that 3 washes a day over the 10 year period). Miele can check the number of cycles with a MDU computer plug in. Miele will do the job free of charge. Sorry about typing and brackets I'm much better at repairing them. If its outside of 10 yrs its a throw away i'm afraid.

Check the bearings by placing two fingers inside the drum, just behind the door seal at the six o'clock position.Lift the drum up and forward,any movement felt indicates bearing failure.The machine will need a full strip down.Check the drum hasn't split,.Also check for distortion.The bearings should fit tightly into the drum,if the bearings fall out when removing the drum you have a problem with the drum.It is not uncommon for the bearing to seize and spin in the drum.
