Mend Dimplex Lincoln Heater Repair Thermostat

flames work, fan works, no heat?

We have a Dimplex Lincoln model that is only 3 years old, we only use it in the winter, evenings and over the weekend, the flames come on and the heater fan comes on, we get a little bit of heat and then the heat stops even with the thermostate turned up the whole way, what is up with this??
