Does not heat up ?

normally it's one of these
pcb track/relay pin fused or bad solder joints on relay pins OR element blown
pcb can be repaired by soldering the relay and pcb tracks back up.this is in the fascia control panel and will require all connectors to be removed and the plastic casing splitting open to gain access to the pcb inside
element should be around 29ohms across the 2 terminals
Lay dishwasher on its back and remove the plastic base to gain access to the element.Metal tube shape bit in the middle at the bottom/back attached to black rubber hoses
