Mend GBC 4250 Gbc Laminator

Model GBC 4250 laminator drive chain is loose?

How do I adjust the drive chain on our GBC 4250 laminator? I have replaced the two gears and the chain. There is quite a bit of slack in the chain and it catches on the gears so it doesn't have a smooth operation.
