Mend GBC 4250 Fine Time Turn

Changing a fuse?

Our laminator ran just fine but the next time we went to turn it on nothing happened. It would not turn on. It is a GBC4250 and I was wondering if it could be a fuse and how you would go about changing the fuse?

Hi i repair these machines as a indenpent service company in the pittsburgh area/ while the fuse on the back left of the macine may have blown more likely the theral fuse under the bottom red heat roller probably blew because the transistor failed and over heated the machine making the thermal fuse blow.
